Grace the leasing manager and the staff here are a god send. They made the leasing process enjoyable and were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had about the location, apartment or amenities. Additionally, the staff made the apartment available upon short notice ahead of schedule and were incredibly accommodating. I couldn't be more pleased with the apartment and location. Its well maintained and exactly what my partner and I were looking for. I would absolutely recommend this apartment on the search for a new home

I moved in on a Saturday, and Camille at the front desk was extremely helpful with showing us around and instructing us on how to use the loading dock. The apartment is pretty spacious - especially the common area - and the walls seem basically soundproof.

The staff is phenomenal and very responsive, the location is perfect, and the community is small enough that you don't feel overwhelmed. I absolutely recommend this building.

The property management staff is friendly and the maintenance staff is quick. You also can't beat the view of D.C. from the balcony Definitely pricey, as it's a newer building, but the view and W D in unit are a plus.

I rarely ever hear my neighbors or any noise in the building to be honest. The building is very well maintained. I wish the furniture, cabinets fixtures, and carpet designs in the hallways could be updated to give the building a younger and more hip feel to it and I also wish we had a pool, but other than that, I have no real complaints. The gym is decently sized, well ventilated, and get's the job done for a basic at home workout. It is one of the few apartments not currently undergoing renovations which I am so thankful for because I can nap in peace at any hour of the day. Grace and Camille are the cutest leasing agents and they are super friendly and responsive. Parking is affordable and it is in an amazing location about a 4 minute walk to the orange and silver lines and a 10-15 minute uber ride from DC. Close walking proximity to the lively Ballston area.

The only thing I would change is making the garden area into a grill area or more of a community spot. It's kind of a waste of space and people don't use it. Overall place is awesome and staff is great - Trey

submitted by Manuela Q. - |Recommended: YesOverall experience — I love living in The Amelia. My only negative experience has been due to the fact thats it's an older building and some appliances have not worked throughout my lease term. Luckily the staff is always happy to help and replace anything that does not work. Overall I love the neighborhood and the community.

submitted by Robert B. - |Recommended: YesGood Place to Live — Good. Grace and Camellia are very knowledgeable and personable. Very accommodating. Nice to be near a Metro stop.
submitted by Caitlyn R. - |Recommended: YesCute cozy — Quiet and secure. The office staff is wonderful, and with all their residents, they still make sure to remember your name and individually tailor conversations. Parking isn't too tight, which is perfect.
