|Recommended: YesGreat Location And Great Staff — The property is clean and well kept and the staff is super friendly. It's in walking distance to so many great places to eat as well as conveniently located between two metro stops. My move-in process was the easiest I have ever experienced and I've moved a lot . The only thing I will caution is that it right up against a busy street, so I am constantly hearing noise from the street and cars and sometimes my neighbor's sound bar. Otherwise, I really like the space, the natural lighting and being able to get to wherever I need to go easily.

|Recommended: YesAmazing Gem In Va Square — The Amelia has been wonderful. This is the fifth place I've lived since moving to Northern Virginia six years ago - which includes a building just down the street from The Amelia - and this one has been by far the best. I love the high ceilings, layout, wide windows that provide tons of natural light, and the fact we're so close to Ballston and VA Square but still tucked away in a quiet area right by Oakland Park. I never hear my neighbors, though do hear folks if they're in the hall. There are so many little details that make it extra special that you wouldn't notice at first but really help - like extra shelves in closets for storage, a big pantry in the kitchen, a super quiet fan in the bathroom, a shower curtain rod that curves outward - making the shower feel more spacious. I could go on. Grace and Camille have been so helpful and kind as well, and have always been available to answer my questions in the most pleasant way.

|Recommended: YesSpacious Quiet Apartment Building — I truly enjoyed my two years living at the Amelia. The location is perfectly situated between Ballston and Clarendon and is only one block away from the metro stop. The building is super quiet - there was never a ton of activity in the lobby or hallways which I appreciated and I never heard my neighbors through the walls or above me. The apartments are super spacious, have tons of storage, and have great natural light. Camille and Grace are very responsive and helpful to any questions I had. I will truly miss seeing them every day
|Recommended: YesThumbs Up — Has been nice so far. The property staff are all super nice, and the location is great for the metro.
|Recommended: YesLove The Amelia — The Amelia has been a wonderful place to live for the past 2.5 years. The apartment is open, updated, light-filled, and I love the high ceilings. The only thing I would change is the carpet in the main areas. Maintenance has always been responsive and comes quickly to fix any minor issue. The best thing about living at the Amelia is the wonderful women who make sure this place looks amazing, Grace and Camille. They are so nice and have helped me with any issues I've had in the past. I have loved living here and would recommend it to anyone
|Recommended: YesBeautiful Living Spaces And Great Management — The apartments are beautiful with lots of natural lighting. Parking area is great and the building is kept very clean and orderly.
|Recommended: YesSpectacular Location, Apartment And Staff. 10 10 Would Recommend — Just moved into The Amelia about a week ago sight unseen. Grace the leasing manager and the staff here are a god send. They made the leasing process enjoyable and were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had about the location, apartment or amenities. Additionally, the staff made the apartment available upon short notice ahead of schedule and were incredibly accommodating. I couldn't be more pleased with the apartment and location. Its well maintained and exactly what my partner and I were looking for. I would absolutely recommend this apartment on the search for a new home
|Recommended: YesSatisfied New Resident — Overall, I'm very happy with my experience living at The Amelia so far. I moved in on a Saturday, and Camille at the front desk was extremely helpful with showing us around and instructing us on how to use the loading dock. The apartment is pretty spacious - especially the common area - and the walls seem basically soundproof.
|Recommended: YesSmooth Process And Move In — Staff is super friendly and helpful during the application and move in process. They answered all my questions and responses. The apartment is bright and open.
|Recommended: YesLoved My Time Here — I loved the tall ceilings and big windows in my apartment, which afforded a ton of light It's a no frills building no pool, no rooftop, no grills , but that makes it more affordable to live in a very nice building. The staff is phenomenal and very responsive, the location is perfect, and the community is small enough that you don't feel overwhelmed. I absolutely recommend this building.
|Recommended: YesClean And Well-Organized With Friendly Staff — The apartment complex is kept very clean, with staff in the lobby every morning. The property management staff is friendly and the maintenance staff is quick. You also can't beat the view of D.C. from the balcony Definitely pricey, as it's a newer building, but the view and W D in unit are a plus.
|Recommended: YesQuality Apartments That You Won't Regret Living In — I really have enjoyed the past year at the Amelia. It is a really quiet apartment and SO clean. I rarely ever hear my neighbors or any noise in the building to be honest. The building is very well maintained. I wish the furniture, cabinets fixtures, and carpet designs in the hallways could be updated to give the building a younger and more hip feel to it and I also wish we had a pool, but other than that, I have no real complaints. The gym is decently sized, well ventilated, and get's the job done for a basic at home workout. It is one of the few apartments not currently undergoing renovations which I am so thankful for because I can nap in peace at any hour of the day. Grace and Camille are the cutest leasing agents and they are super friendly and responsive. Parking is affordable and it is in an amazing location about a 4 minute walk to the orange and silver lines and a 10-15 minute uber ride from DC. Close walking proximity to the lively Ballston area.
